Description

Most kidney patients follow a diet in which the amount of protein, fluid and minerals is adjusted. If you do not get enough nutrients through your regular daily diet, the doctor or dietician may recommend a medical diet such as Renilon 4.0.

Renilon 4.0 is a supplementary, energy-rich, low-protein nutritional drink, low in electrolytes, which has been specially developed for kidney patients in the (pre)dialysis phase. It provides extra energy and a small amount of protein in a small bottle (125 ml). Renilon 4.0 has a very low mineral content and little moisture. Renilon 4.0 is low in phosphate, so no additional phosphate binders are needed.

Use Renilon 4.0 in consultation with your doctor or dietitian and follow their advice. If you do not receive specific instructions for use, you can follow the general usage advice: 1-3 bottles of Renilon 4.0 per day as a supplement to your regular diet.

Renilon 4.0 is gluten and lactose free.  Contains milk, soy .

Renilon 4.0 is a food for medical use specially developed for kidney patients. Medical nutritional nutrition is recommended by your doctor or dietician for disease-related malnutrition as a supplement to the daily (normal) diet.

Usage

Recommended to store cool and dry. Shake well before use. Ready to use and tastes best chilled. After opening, close the bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.
