PKU Lophlex LQ 20 is a ready-to-use phenylalanine-free* diet food. It contains essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, trace elements and some minerals. Contains DHA. With sugars and sweeteners.
*may contain traces of phenylalanine from fruit juice (from concentrate).
PKU Lophlex LQ 20 cannot be used as a sole source of nutrition, but must be given in combination with another protein source to meet the need for phenylalanine.
It is suitable as a dietary food for proven phenylketonuria in children from 4 years of age and adults, including pregnant women (in combination with folic acid supplementation).

General information
One pack (125 ml) of PKU Lophlex LQ 20 provides 20 grams of protein equivalent.
The daily dose of PKU Lophlex LQ 20 must be determined by a doctor or dietician and depends on the age, weight and medical condition of the patient.
PKU Lophlex LQ 20 is available from the pharmacy or a facility company.
Usage
Divide the daily amount of PKU Lophlex LQ 20 over the day. Shake well before use. Serve chilled and consume immediately. It is important to consume extra water or another drink at the same time as PKU Lophlex LQ 20.
