Monogen is suitable as a sole source of nutrition for infants and as a complementary food for children from the age of 1 year and adults.

Monogen is a food for medical use. Medical nutrition is recommended by your doctor or dietician.
Contains milk and walnut oil.
Dental care advice: Avoid long-term frequent contact of food with your baby’s teeth. Brush the teeth after the last feeding. Ask your doctor or dentist for advice.
Storage advice: Recommended to keep cool and dry. Once opened, reseal container tightly and use within 1 month. Packaged in protected atmosphere.
General information
Every 100 grams of Monogen provides 12.8 grams of protein.
The daily dose of Monogen must be determined by a doctor or dietician and depends on the age, weight and medical condition of the patient.
Monogen is available from the pharmacy or a facility company.
Usage
Recommended dosage: The amount and concentration of the food should be determined by a doctor or dietitian and depends on the age, weight and medical condition of the patient.
Recommended nutritional concentration: Per scoop (5.6g) of powder, 30 ml of water is required to reach the recommended nutritional concentration (16.8%w/v)
FOR THE INTEREST OF YOUR BABY’S HEALTH, PLEASE FOLLOW THE PREPARATION AND USE GUIDELINES CAREFULLY.
- Wash your hands and clean the preparation surface. Sterilize the bottle and teat.
- Boil fresh water for 5 minutes or, if using an electric kettle, until it turns off. Let this cool for 30 minutes until it feels warm on the wrist. Pour the recommended amount of water into a sterilized baby bottle.
- Fill the supplied measuring spoon with powder and remove excess powder with a clean, dry knife. Do not press the powder into the measuring spoon.
- Add the recommended amount of scoops to the water. Close the bottle with the cap and shake until the powder is completely dissolved. Check the temperature on the inside of your wrist.
- Any food left in the bottle should be discarded after 1 hour. Do not reheat the food.
Important notice : Powdered infant formula is not sterile. Infant formula should always be prepared immediately before feeding.
