Milupa UCD 2-prima is a cystine- and tyrosine-free powdered mix of essential amino acids with carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and trace elements.   

Milupa UCD 2-prima is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.

Milupa UCD 2-prima is suitable as a dietary food for urea cycle disorders in children from 1 year of age.

Milupa UCD 2-prima is a food for medical use. Medical nutrition is recommended by a doctor or dietician.

Storage advice

Closed: Store cool and dry. 

Open: Close the can tightly after use and store in a dry place. After opening, use the contents within 4 weeks. Packaged in protected atmosphere.

General information 

Each 100 grams of Milupa UCD 2-prima provides 50 grams of protein equivalent.

The daily dose of Milupa UCD 2-prima must be determined by a doctor or dietician and depends on the age, weight and medical condition of the patient.

Milupa UCD 2-prima is available from the pharmacy or a facility company.

Usage 

The recommended amount should be taken in 3 to 5 equal portions throughout the day. Mix the prescribed amount of powder with calculated amounts of other foods or drinks, such as water, fruit juice or fruit puree.
