Description

Food for medical use. Dietary food for organic acidemia, such as methylmalonic acidemia and prpionic acidemia in infants aged 0-1 year. To be used under medical supervision.

Milupa OS 1 is a powdered mix of amino acids that is methionine, threonine and valine free and low in isoleucine. Contains carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Milupa OS 1 is not suitable as a sole power source.

Milupa OS 1 is suitable for the dietary treatment of organic acidemia in infants aged 0-1 year.

Storage advice

Closed: Recommended to store in a cool and dry place.

Open: Always close the can properly after use. Once opened, use within 4 weeks. Packaged in protected atmosphere.

Prepared: Throw away leftover food.

Every 100 grams of Milupa OS 1 provides 50 grams of protein equivalent.

The daily dose of Milupa OS 1 must be determined by a doctor or dietician and depends on the age, weight and medical condition of the patient.

Milupa OS 1 is available from the pharmacy or a facility company.

Preparation

Divide the daily amount of Milupa OS 1 into 3 to 5 portions throughout the day.

Weigh the amount of Milupa OS 1 accurately and mix it with a drink, juice, fruit puree and compote.
