Description

Milupa LYS 2-prima is a food for medical use. Dietary nutrition for disorders of lysine metabolism, such as hyperlysinemia and pyridoxine-dependent epilepsy in children from 1 year of age. To be used under medical supervision.

Milupa LYS 2-prima is a lysine-free amino acid preparation in powder form. Contains a lysine-free mix of amino acids with carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Milupa LYS 2-prima is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.

Milupa LYS 2-prima is suitable as a diet food for disorders in lysine metabolism from 1
year of age.

Storage advice

Closed: Recommended to store cool and dry.

Open: Always close the can properly after use. Once opened, use within 4 weeks. Packaged
in protected atmosphere.

Each 100 grams of Milupa LYS 2-prima provides 60 grams of protein equivalent.

The daily dose of Milupa LYS 2-prima must be determined by a doctor or dietician and depends on the age, weight and medical condition of the patient.

Preparation

Divide the daily amount of Milupa LYS 2-prima into 3 to 5 portions throughout the day. Accurately weigh the required amount of Milupa LYS 2-prima and mix it with a drink, juice, fruit compote or fruit puree.
