Preparation

Average portion for an adult is 75 grams of dry Spaghetti.        

  • Bring 1 liter of water to the boil in a large pan. Add 1 portion of dry pasta.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of salt (if allowed).
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until just soft, stirring frequently. Drain and rinse with boiling water.
