HCU Lophlex LQ 20 is a methionine-free* ready-to-use diet food with a balanced mix of essential and non-essential amino acids, carbohydrates, vitamins, trace elements and some minerals. Contains mixed fruit juice (from concentrate) and natural flavourings. With sugars and sweeteners. Contains docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

HCU Lophlex LQ 20 cannot be used as a sole source of nutrition, but must be given in combination with another protein source.

It is suitable as a dietary food for homocystinuria in children from 4 years and adults.

*HCU Lophlex LQ juicy berries may contain a trace of methionine (<2mg/100ml) from fruit juice (concentrate).

Storage advice

Closed: Store cool and dry.

Open: Store in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.

One pack (125ml) of HCU Lophlex LQ 20 provides 20 grams of protein equivalent.

The daily dose of HCU Lophlex LQ 20 must be determined by a doctor or dietician and depends on the age, weight and medical condition of the patient.

HCU Lophlex LQ 20 is available from the pharmacy or a facility company.

Preparation

Shake HCU Lophlex LQ 20 well before use and serve cool.
