HCU Lophlex LQ 10

Food for medical use. Dietary nutrition for homocystinuria in children from 4 years and adults, including pregnant women (in combination with standard folic acid supplementation). To be used under medical supervision.

HCU Lophlex LQ 10 is a methionine-free* liquid diet food based on amino acids, contains vitamins, trace elements and some minerals. Contains mixed fruit juices (from concentrate) and natural flavouring. With sugars and sweeteners. Contains docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

HCU Lophlex LQ 10 cannot be used as a sole source of nutrition, but must be given in combination with another protein source.

It is suitable as a dietary food for homocystinuria in children from 4 years and adults.

Storage advice

Closed: Store cool and dry.

Open: Store in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.

One pack (62.5 ml) of HCU Lophlex LQ 10 provides 10 grams of protein equivalent.

The daily dose of HCU Lophlex LQ 10 must be determined by a doctor or dietician and depends on the age, weight and medical condition of the patient.

HCU Lophlex LQ 10 is available from the pharmacy or a facility company.

Preparation

Shake HCU Lophlex LQ 10 well before use and serve cool.
