Nutricia offers a number of websites and services, including:

In general, we process the following types of personal data:

3.2 Improving our websites and personalization

3.3.2 Find a dietitian

Nutricia offers dietitians the opportunity to become visible in the “Find a dietitian” card on nutriciacuijk.com. This search function on the Nutricia website allows healthcare professionals, patients with disease-related malnutrition and their informal caregiver to find your practice based on the zip code that is entered. Your practice becomes visible when your practice borders or falls within the entered zip code. In your profile you can indicate whether you want to be visible. Then enter your website, expertise and specialism. Your practice will then become visible.

3.3.3 Findability among Nutricia’s healthcare partners

Nutricia has partnerships with various healthcare organizations in the Netherlands. These organizations want to remove the barrier to optimal nutritional care surrounding disease-related malnutrition and increase the accessibility of the dietician’s practice. They do this by making your practice findable for their healthcare providers within their own applications. After your approval, Nutricia will make your practice data available to healthcare partners. The aim is to bring nutritional care closer locally. Your practice will therefore become even easier to find in local nutritional care-related initiatives. You can indicate your consent preference in your profile and then withdraw it at any time.

3.4 Attendees or potential attendees at Nutricia-related events (online and offline)

We, or third parties on our behalf, may collect and use certain information about you when you attend events (including training and e-learning), including the following:
a) personal contact information, such as your name, email address, physical address and telephone number ( s);
b) your employment details (when you are present on behalf of your employer);
c) the field in which you are active, your professional qualifications and activities, and professional data such as data relating to your educational/employment history;
d) information you provide in relation to the event itself (such as attendee forms, feedback surveys, recordings or interviews of the event and photos of the event and content you submit in connection with the event (e.g. when you ask a question) and your travel and accommodation details); and

e) your date of birth;

3.7 People whose personal data we collect from other sources.

We may also collect personal information about you from other sources when:
a) you search for our products and services and when you share content related to our products via social media pages, websites or apps or in response to our promotional materials on social media;
b) we collect your personal data from other public sources (e.g. comments on websites other than ours) that mention Danone or one of its brands. We may also collect publicly available information about you in your capacity as a public figure for business purposes;

In principle, Nutricia does not attempt to process any sensitive data relating to you. However, some of the personal data we collect about you or that you provide to us may be special categories of data, often relating to health and wellbeing.
We will only process this type of data for purposes for which you give your express consent, or in other circumstances permitted by law (such as defending against legal claims).

The right to restriction of processing
